Sliding door

The door leaf consists of several interconnected leaf elements. This modular design makes the sliding door particularly easy to service and install. Our sliding door convinces with a well thought-out concept. Thanks to the varied guide system, the optimum can always be offered depending on the installation situation.

The aluminum frame and rung construction not only ensures a high-quality impression, but also enables the use of different infills. Thus, if required, the door can be designed with a light band row (or full glazing). As standard, the sliding door is designed with closed stucco infills.

VARIOUS GUIDANCE SYSTEMS

For example, the 2- or 3-rail system allows 2 or 3 door leaves to be opened in front of each other. This means that hardly any additional side space is required and a large part of the hall wall can be designed as a door opening. Optionally, the door guide can also be designed so that all door leaves can be pushed to one side.

MODULAR ASSEMBLY

The individual door leaf consists of several leaf elements. This modular assembly ensures a particularly quick and easy installation, which is especially convenient due to the use of lightweight aluminum components.

FLOOR GUIDES

On the ground, the door is normally guided in traversable floor guides. For large doors, traversable floor rails and rollers are used. These are designed in such a way that it is not absolutely necessary for the customer to adapt the floor.

Aluminum STUCCO PANEL (standard)

Double-sided aluminum sheet with stucco-designed surface embossing and internal polystyrene insulation core.

Aluminum SHEET PANEL (optional)

Double-sided aluminum sheet panel with internal polystyrene insulation core. Anodized in E6/EV as standard.

EXPANDED METAL (optional)

Steel including powder coating or aluminum, incl. aluminum clamping strips.

LATTICE BAR FILLING (optional)

When using the lattice bar filling, a pull-in protection is required. This is to prevent people from being pulled in when the door is raised.

PERFORATED SHEET (optional)

The perforated sheet infill is an aluminum sheet with square perforations. Can be powder-coated in natural aluminum or according to the RAL palette.

PANE DESIGNS

ECOTOP (standard)

The Ecotop double glazing is the optimal pane for narrow budgets. This pane is used as standard glazing.

PEARL (optional)

The beaded surface lets light in, but not prying eyes from outside. It diffuses the light and offers a high level of glare protection in direct sunlight.

ENERGY (optional)

With Energy triple glazing, you minimize your energy costs. It is a future-proof solution that contributes to increasing the energy efficiency of the building.

Our Extra

HARD Surface coating:
All panes can optionally receive a nano-surface coating, which leads to a glass-like, very scratch-resistant surface and to increased chemical resistance as well as optical brilliance - our HARD coating closes the gap to real glass systems.

REAL GLAS:
Depending on the door specification, panes can also be optionally made of real glass, which is the most robust version.
